Picture Day: What to Expect

Pre-Ordering Required: We photograph only those students who have pre-ordered, submitted an order form with payment, or are covered under a special arrangement with the school as outlined on the school's landing page, flyer, or poster. To minimize mistakes, order forms should be legible, fully complete with payment included and turned into the school on picture day morning.

Photo Styles:

Students photographed on our preschool sets may receive both full-length and close-up images.

Students photographed on traditional backdrops or green screens will receive close-up images only.

Sibling Photos: Siblings who have placed separate pre-orders will be photographed together at no extra cost. This is subject to time availability and the number of family members.

Camera Room Policy: To maintain efficiency and minimize distractions, parents are not permitted in the camera room or picture area.
Pre-Orders and Ordering Online: How It Works

Preorder Online: After Picture Day, you'll receive an email or text message with a link to view your child's images. You’ll have 7 days to select your preferred photo. If no selection is made within that time, we’ll choose the best image for you. Note: For order form purchases, we select the image.

Downloads: After school order is sent to print, parents will receive notification to download their image selections. Tick an image in the gallery, scroll all images, looking for the download icon. It's normally below the image on mobile devices or above the image on computers.

If Preorder Deadline is missed, no order form was submitted and the school qualified for waived payment due: Once you receive an email or text with access to your child’s gallery, simply:

Makeup Day Information

Scheduling: When needed, a Makeup Day will be arranged on a date mutually agreed upon by the school and the photographer.

Students missed due to scheduling or logistical errors by the school or photographer

Special Considerations: In cases of fearful, upset or unusual expressions, exception may be granted at the photographer's discretion only.
